Depends on what you mean by “crushed’ – I’m assuming this means “crushed and pinned.”
Field amputations have been around since the beginning of humanity. Take a belt or something to cut off the circulation, tighten it down, get a saw, and hack the arm off.
Survival in the day before modern medicine (particularly antibiotics) isn’t great, and they’ll likely cauterize the wound (terrible plan, but better than bleeding to death). Healing is gonna suck, horrendously painful and they’re likely to die of infection if they don’t die of bleeding. But survival is possible.
I would say someone should care for her sometime within the first 24 hours.
